Well people, I havn't written in soo long, I've been SOOOO damn busy. After Grad Night, its been hell!
Monday:The Car Broke down so my mom had to turn it in to get it fixed up. To add to it, when I was in Thespian Rehearsal, I did a good job remembering my music, but not a good job at remembering lines exactly and remembering time for certain things. I didn't know when First Midnight Gone started so I came in late and missed the part completly. So I only came in at the end. Well, we ended up learning the dance we had to do in the musical. I ended up busting my arse on a stage prop busch. Darn those busch props. But I did learn the dance or as much of it as possible.
Tuesday:A good day until the afternoon. 4th block period comes and all of us in chamber and men's chorus got out. After a while of practicing and rehearsing, I changed into my attire. That ended the good part of the day. So my mom came and we were trying to find my robe for the Chamber Group. We couldn't so my teacher figured he must of not picked up the robes from the cleaners. That's ok, so I got a different robe. It worked out. But me and 2 others were gonna be riding together with my mother and grandmother. We came in and were going down the rode when a person didn't stop at a stop sign. A car crashed into him which caused him to spin out of control and tap our car. So we had to wait for my chorus teacher to come pick us up (the 3 of us) after one of my friends got a hold of him. So together, we went to the state competition. One of our other members gets an engine overheat. What happened? His dad didn't tell him that he smelled Anti-Freeze in the garage in the morning. So that messed him up big time. He got picked up later. Then another group missed an exit by 8 miles so she came MUCH later... by like a few min AFTER our final soloist sang. Our soloist named Kirk made Superior and got invited to a summer camp AND the guy was interested in him coming to his school! Well, Men's choir went up now in another place. So we rushed over and started it... we did well despite the problems of the resonance. Now it was time to drive to run over to the other location for Chamber Choir. We kicked ass! We ended up getting Superiors in all the chorus's. Funny way to end - We had a horrible day and still kicked arse!
Wednesday:It was time to go to the water park! I swear, I don't think I could of gotten anymore bruises. It was Blizzard Beach and for those that's been there... it is hard as hell to go up 127 steps when there is no automatic type elevator. But the rides were fun. We did go up a 387+ steps once and only once. After that, we took the lift up every time for those rides. We learned that Plummit Summit is NOT the best place to go if you don't have enough rear muscle power. Trust me on that. BUT if your eager, go ahead and try it and you'll understand. I got myself a friction burn from a double raft ride where the speed got us at a nice turn that killed me as I ended up landing right on the elbow on an edge and frictioned the next junction. Ouch. I got a tatoo but it was temp. If it was real, My account here might as well be deleted cause I wouldn't live. Anyway, So I got a few nice things out of it. The tatoo is a Tiger Tatoo and it looks awsome. I'll show a picture of it later.
Thursday:It was rehearsal day. I think it was awsome in some ways and Cathy REALLY impressed me and surprised the hell out of me. I swear, that girl will improve more in time... perhaps more than I expected. She volunteered to try out for a solo. Now even though she didn't make it, she surprised my expectations. She sang a heck of a lot better and MUCH more clearer and not as nervous. I'm starting to think that my advice of having her go into thespians was the best idea I gave. I think it helped her. But then again, I could be wrong. Maybe she improved all on her own. Who knows! Anyway, it ended early because of a guy playing around too much.
Now for
today:Nothin but being tired. It was a great day. I think it couldn't have been any better!
